Jira Integration

Page your on-call when a Jira issue is created — call, text, or push until someone acknowledges. A Jira Automation flow sends issues to your webhook URL; you choose which ones with its conditions. When the issue moves to Done, the alerts stop.

What this version does: alerts on new issues and stops when they are done. Acknowledging an alert stops the escalation in JAMS — it does not change the Jira issue, and no Jira credentials are needed.

Each Connection bundles recipients + escalation + a webhook URL. Create one per Jira project (or per team) that should page different people, and point that project's Jira Automation flows at its URL.

Create a Jira Connection

One Connection covers every issue its Jira Automation flows send. Which issues those are is decided in Jira.

No team members or groups loaded. Add team members → or create a group →
Issues get delivered to everyone selected, in escalation order. Groups expand to their current members at notification time. Teams/Slack channel posts deliver to that channel on their own.
